Function description:
Process Analysis
- Assist the business community in design and optimization of business processes, within the technical limits and capabilities of the information systems (CRM and Data Warehouse)
- Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
Project Coordination
- Follow-up and coordination of internal IT projects
- Interface between the business community and the IT project team
- Follow-up outsourced IT projects for on-time and within-budget delivery
- Coordinate and align related internal and outsourced IT projects
- Organize and coordinate quality control of IT projects
- Organize and coordinate deployment of IT projects
Desired:
Educational level: university or equivalent degree (e.g. Handelsingenieur)
Experience: minimum of 5 years (with at least 1 year in an IT environment)
- Specific technical competencies:
- Experience with CRM environments (knowledge of Siebel is a plus)
- Experience with BI systems (knowledge of Cognos is a plus)
- Good understanding of relational database concepts
