Talent development program delivers high energy – high potential new members to LMS senior management team
Leuven, Belgium – LMS, the engineering innovation company, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new vice presidents: Mr. Stefaan Goossens, Vice President Simulation and Mr. Bruno Massa, Vice President Strategic Planning and Corporate Communications.

Stefaan Goossens joined LMS after obtaining his mechanical engineering degree from the K. U. Leuven (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven). Having worked in customer support, product management and on the management team of engineering services, Stefaan Goossens brings an extensive range of hands-on experience to his role as Vice President Simulation.
During his 10 years in LMS Engineering Services, he ran cutting-edge vehicle development projects for Jaguar and Mitsubishi amongst others. In 2006, he was named manager of the CAE and Simulation division and today, as Vice President, he will put his company and customer background and hands-on experience to work every day focusing on developing the type of 1D and 3D simulation tools that the market requires.
With 20 years of high-tech sales and marketing experience, ten of which at LMS, Bruno Massa has a thorough understanding of both the test and simulation industries. With this experience, he is ideally positioned to take on the responsibility for strategic planning and corporate initiatives such as partnerships and acquisitions to build the future growth path for the company. In addition to his strategic planning responsibility, he will develop the global LMS brand to strengthen the leadership position of LMS in its core markets and to build awareness in new application areas.
Prior to his role as Vice President Strategic Planning and Corporate Communications, Bruno Massa was responsible for the international marketing and communication department of the LMS group. Bruno Massa holds an engineering degree from the University of Hasselt, Belgium and an MBA in Marketing from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
