With the opening of the new office, LMS further strengthens its worldwide network of sales offices and establishes a local commercial and support contact for its customers and distributors in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Over the past decade, the LMS customer base in the Russian automotive, aerospace and other advanced manufacturing industries has grown substantially. Through the Russian office, LMS is well positioned to respond to the growing demand for virtual simulation software, advanced testing systems and engineering services In Russia.
Andrei Soldatkin PhD., has been appointed Business Development Manager for LMS Russia. With over 20 years of experience in the Russian mechanical engineering industry, Mr. Soldatkin has gained an extensive know-how in the fields of virtual prototype simulation and physical prototype testing.
