Function description:
We are seeking an individual to join the LMS Engineering Services group. Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Project management:
- Management and execution of engineering projects in the field of durability. This includes project definition/adaptation, capacity planning, quality control, budget control, project documentation, customer correlation
- Planning of a new project according to existing proposal / contract/specification: technical approach, expected risks, project team, timing/deadlines.
- Execution of a project according to planning. Meeting customer expectation via quality control and/or adaptation of customer expectation.
- Documentation of a project: technical report, presentation.
- Risk & problem management: adaptation of planning in accordance with customer.
- Contribution to technology development & improvement:
- Execution of method development projects. Internal responsibility for approximately 2 technology topics.
- Contribution to business development
- Upon request: generation of marketing material & proposals, attendance to pre-sales or sales meetings.
Desired:
- University Degree in engineering or physics
- Theoretical knowledge and application skills of numerical methodologies like FEA or MBS
