Function:
As a Customer Services Consultant, you will help LMS customers to be up to date with the LMS state of the art software in Acoustics, Vibration and Motion. You will train customers to the use of such technologies, and you will provide answers to their questions. You will also take part in application oriented projects. You will cover multiple regions worldwide, and hence you should be keen on traveling occasionally. As a leader in terms of product and technology knowledge, you will play an important role in developing the quality of our new software: LMS Virtual.lab.
Profile: - Educational Level: The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and excellent academic credentials.
- Experience: Experience of 1 to 2 years in acoustics, structural analysis, multi-body simulation or Finite Element systems is required.
- Specific technical competencies: Application-knowledge in multi-body simulation, acoustics, structural analysis as well as practical experience of industrial Software like Ansys, MSC.Nastran and/or Catia V5 is an extra asset
- Specific personal competencies: We are looking for enthusiastic, entrepreneurial persons who are customer focused. He or she must be fluent in English and German. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a definite advantage.
