LMS Tec.Manager Data Management Application Server

The LMS Tec.Manager Data Management Application Server is a web-based, collaborative and packaged solution enabling engineers and teams to easily share and leverage engineering data across the entire enterprise. It indexes data found in the user-specified sections of a network and builds a corresponding catalog, resulting in very fast and responsive data search operations. Data can be accessed through a browser by entering a number of search criteria, with an interface similar to well-known Internet search engines such as Alta Vista or Google. Only the data to be displayed is transferred over the network, while the original database resides at the initial location. Data interpretation tools include a variety of displays and report generation capabilities. They also allow comparison with reference data or allow to download the data for further processing.

This powerful and easy way of accessing the vast amounts of information across the network saves engineers hours, compared to more traditional means of storing and accessing data, and helps avoid expensive re-testing or re-calculation runs when data from previous runs cannot be located.
