LMS Test.Lab Turbine Testing is a robust, high-sample rate, high-channel-count data acquisition solution that supports engineering design validation tests on jet engines, power turbines or major sub-assemblies. It provides an answer to all engineering test cell requirements: integrated signal conditioning for all sensor types, high-speed/high-dynamic range A/D conversion, gapless recording of the raw time data without test duration limits, event-based data triggering and management. Real-time awareness allows perfect synchronization with other test cell equipment. It is possible to connect multiple workstations to allow the engineering teams to monitor engine parameters in real-time.
The system is designed for maximum team efficiency during design validation tests on engine prototypes. Test results are also automatically uploaded to a central server for remote access by different departments and remote sites. A wide range of post-processing capabilities enables a complete understanding the engine dynamics, a cross-check on the models, optimized design, reduced risk of engine failure and better insight into the engine design maturation
