Statistical Energy Analysis

Statistical Energy Analysis aims at addressing Mid to High frequency problems for full systems including vehicles, trucks, busses, trains, ships, aircrafts, statellite's and many more.

The technique is based on simulating the vibro-acoustic energy flow between subsystems of the full system. Through such type of analyses, one can then easily understand the cause of noise problems and therefore can take the most efficient approach to mitigate the issues.

SEA+

SEA+ developed by InterAC is a software to simulate mid and high frequency noise and vibration (N&V) performances. SEA+ provides breakthrough technologies in the N&V design process based on the method of Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA). A wide range of applications are supported including: Automobile interior acoustic design, Air- & rotor-craft interior noise control, Rocket & spacecraft vibro-acoustics,  Railcar interior & railway structure noise, Shipboard and underwater noise,  Heavy machinery, architectural acoustics, Consumer appliance noise control and more.

SEA-Foam

Analyzes and predicts acoustic performances (transmission and absorption) of complex multi-layered wall partitions in vehicles, aircrafts, buildings and more. SEA-Foam* is an optional module of the SEA+ (N-P05.00.1) software based on Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA). The SEA-Foam module multiplies the capability of SEA+ by creation of acoustic trims connected to structural and/or acoustic subsystems for predicting interior or radiated noise.

SEAVirt

SEAVirt developed by InterAC transforms a Finite Element model into a SEA model SEAVirt allows engineers to more effectively interpret Finite Element (FE) predictions in the noise and vibration (N&V) design process. It offers highly optimized data processing of numerical FE data and data reduction capabilities to extract parameters used in the Energy Flow N&V design process based on the method of Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA).

SEA-Shock

SEA-Shock is an optional module of the SEA+ software. SEA-Shock has been designed to successfully predict shock response spectra (SRS) from transient loads applied to Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) models of dynamical systems. For aerospace applications, SEA-Shock includes source models for pyrozip and clampband separation events.

SEA-TEST

SEA-Test provides experimental solutions for Noise and Vibration Design in the medium and high frequency domain. The  SEA-Test Software allows engineers to more effectively apply laboratory testing to the noise and vibration (N&V) design process. Experimental SEA (ESEA) gets benefit of highly optimized data acquisition and signal processing of Modal Analysis Systems to extract parameters used in the Energy Flow N&V design process based on the method of Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA).
