Expandable for high channel count
The LMS SCADAS Durability Recorder is completely expandable, making it the ideal companion for multiple in-field test set-ups ranging from a simple 4-channel run to a complex multi-frame 376-channel single-synchronized measurement.
For high-channel counts where the channels are divided over multiple separated testing units, the system supports a daisy-chained master/slave configuration with fully synchronized data automatically collected in one measurement file. In this case, it is easy to secure the frames together using 50m optical cable -- rather than costly transducer cabling - and obtain much higher quality measurements while you’re at it.
Lab-ready real-time front-end
Of course, thanks to its core LMS SCADAS technology, the LMS SCADAS Durability Recorder is perfectly at home in a PC-based laboratory system. Engineers can easily integrate a LMS SCADAS Durability Recorder with IST, MTS or other laboratory testing equipment. Analog outputs let users connect conditioned data signals to test rig controllers for laboratory test development.
Designed to be multipurpose
With the LMS SCADAS Durability Recorder and a range of universal modules, youíll be able to expand from mobile data acquisition for durability to include areas like human body vibration testing, sound power homologation, structural and modal analysis, and rotating machinery testing - all based on one single system.
