LMS Test.Lab Data Reduction Premium delivers a complete solution for qualification and acceptance testing on large and fragile structures such as spacecraft and satellites. It is designed for parallel acquisition and online reduction of vibration and microphone channels during random or sine closed-loop vibration control testing, in reverberant rooms, or for high frequency transient capture in the context of deployment testing.
The system is optimized for online reduction of high-channel count tests, with an automatic level and frequency synchronization with the control system. All relevant functions are calculated online and in parallel. All modes also support a ‘back-up tape recorder’ function, streaming all raw time data directly to the host disk in parallel to the online calculations (standard in transient capture, optional in random and sine modes).
This solution provides batch plotting with automatic peak cursors of all test data immediately after the test, including a various post-test analysis capabilities. The system is optionally expandable to hundreds of channels.
